We create customized programs for each of my clients, depending on their needs and goals. This approach entails using a combination of Polyvagal Therapy, CBT Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy, to name a few.

While we primarily work with people seeking an anxiety therapist in Austin, we’re licensed to work with clients all throughout Texas. We primarily offer online therapy and have limited availability for in-person sessions too!
